Prime is the fastest route from evaluation to recurring payouts. There’s no consistency rule slowing down the evaluation, so a good day passes it. Then you settle into a 3-day payout rhythm. Every Prime account runs End-of-Day drawdown, which most traders find the easiest model to live with.

How the 40% consistency rule works

Simple math: your largest single day’s profit can’t exceed 40% of your total profit at the moment you request a payout. Largest day ÷ total profit — that’s the whole formula. The Help Center’s own example: a $800 best day against $2,500 total profit works out to 32%, which passes. And after every approved payout the calculation resets from your new balance, so one monster day early in the account doesn’t haunt you forever. Source.

How the drawdown works

How End-of-Day drawdown behaves: your highest end-of-day balance sets the reference, and the maximum loss limit trails it upward as the account grows — intraday swings don’t move it, only the session’s closing balance counts. Once your balance clears the initial trail level, the drawdown locks at your starting balance and stops moving. Close below the threshold and the account is breached.

The scaling plan (funded accounts)

Funded accounts don’t start at full size. Your available contract limit scales with the simulated profit in the account, recalculated at the end of each session (never mid-day), until you unlock your plan’s maximum. It doesn’t apply during evaluation.

Who picks Prime

Traders who want speed with structure. The consistency requirement and modest profit targets reward showing up steadily rather than swinging for one huge day — and in exchange, the path from “passed” to “paid” is about as short as this industry gets. On the two versions at each size: unless you genuinely trade the bigger clip, take the Included option and pocket the difference.
